Course Information
The Tourism English course to helps students develop skills in real-life situations. Whether you are a travel agent, tour guide, courier, or a hotel manager, Tourism English will allow you to communicate in English effectively in a range of business and tourism working environments.
When undertaking this course, you will receive 20 lessons of General English and 10 lessons of Tourism English per week.
The Tourism English course is suitable for people who intend to take an examination such as the LCCI EB Written English for Tourism exam. You are given the opportunity to practise using the language that you have acquired during seminars, group sessions and communicative practice activities.

The Tourism English course will typically develop your English language in the following areas:
From September to May you will study from 08:45am – 2:45pm.
From June – August you will study from 12:30pm – 17:45pm.

How long are classes?
Each lesson in 45 minutes long.
Our Specialist Courses offer you 30 lessons per week. This means you receive 22.5 hours of tuition per week. Some of your classes will be in the afternoon.
When can I start studying?
You can enrol at ETC from any Monday of your choice. On your first Monday at ETC you will take a test that will help us decide which level of classes you need.
