About the course

Course Description

ETC's career development and job preparation course is designed to help participants explore a wide range of career options and identify clear progression pathways. Students build practical skills for the modern workplace, including effective communication in professional settings, CV and cover letter writing, job applications, and interview preparation.

The course focuses on developing the language, confidence and employability skills needed to research suitable roles, select appropriate opportunities and apply successfully. Learners gain the tools and resources required to make informed career decisions and present themselves professionally in competitive job markets.

Core course books are supported by carefully selected supplementary materials from a variety of authentic sources, ensuring relevant, up to date content that reflects real world recruitment and employment practices.

Entry Requirements

Minimum Age and Level
16+ years old. Pre-Intermediate (CEFR A2) unless otherwise arranged.

The Career Development course is designed for 2 weeks, but students can pick any duration.
