The ETC student residence provides a wide range of amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Each room features en-suite facilities, high-speed WiFi, bedding, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and central heating. Weekly room cleaning, bed linen, and laundry services are all included to give you more time to focus on your studies and social life. Students also have access to communal TV and game areas, offering the perfect space to relax and connect with others.

All accommodation is available from either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.

A credit card authorisation of £200 is required on arrival to act as a deposit. If no credit card is available, an alternative will be requested. We require one week of accommodation to be paid at the time of booking. We can only secure accommodation for the period that has been paid for in full. The ETC Residence reserves the right to request that a student leaves the residence – with no refund payable – if he or she has failed to respect the residence rules. No refunds can be given after the student’s date of arrival.
