ETC's English for Cyber Security course develops the specialist communication skills required to operate effectively in modern cybersecurity environments. Designed for professionals and trainees working in IT security, network protection, data protection and digital risk management, the course focuses on the English used to describe threats, analyse risks, explain processes and communicate with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
Using a communicative and task based approach, students take part in group exercises, discussions, role plays and presentations that simulate real cybersecurity scenarios. The course introduces technical vocabulary, essential structures and the language functions required to discuss malware, networking, encryption, authentication, threat response and cybersecurity law.
Small group sizes, modern learning facilities and flexible delivery options create an ideal environment for building confidence and accuracy in professional Cyber Security.
